  Decided not to use them. First impressions are the most important and the staff in the back were great but from the moment we walked in the door we receive huffs and puffs and an attitude as if we interrupted the receptionist's so so busy day and we were solicitors . I had intended on paying out of pocket after what my insurance wasn't going to pay since I had the cash put aside just for this. I work in benefits myself and looked into the cost prior to my appt. I had expected around 1500 OOP. I didnt care the cost since we are talking about my kid here. But that front desk lady was so unprofessional and made such a big deal about a card that I left in my card that i ran back out to get, my little error and was extremely rude to the other elderly couple there. It was really hard to sit there. But I have been bad in the past with losing it in public to jerks treating people like trash. I declined setting up the surgery. My son was sweating and turning red because he was unconfortable . He begged me to keep my cool because I almost went back in. I played it off at check out like cost and benefits were the issue not to sched. I had signed him up for a state assistance plan when I put in my notice at my last job because I was worried about his having a laps in coverage. THUS, used this as an excuse. I only wished I warned my neighbor earlier because she was telling me about the nightmare receptionists and it happens to be the same one. Her tone is aggressive and off putting. I'm very surprised she is placed at the front. I'm sure she knows how to do her job but it's very demeaning. I've worked with people like that in the past and it makes for a long miserable day. But nobody wants to admit it because it makes that miserable worker worse.... sorry for those girls.
